The group was coming up with their name at a time when the Royal Guardsmen song Snoopy vs. Recurring characters[ edit ] Compared to many other sketch comedy shows, Flying Circus had fewer recurring characters, many of whom were involved only in titles and linking sequences. They have just moved to a larger studio space at PCH in Lomita. The teachers and owners of the studio have created a very positive and supportive environment that makes everyone feel welcome.
I probably would have accidently hung myself. Then my schedule changed and I found myself in Torrance 3 times a week around mid morning or so. I needed something to do for a few hours.
So to Yelp I went in search of a studio that was close and this place popped up. I decided to try the "Aerial Basics" class in the morning which fit perfectly into my schedule.
I arrived about 30 minutes before and the studio was closed. I tried again 15 minutes before the class was supposed to start and still no one was there. Then 5 mins before class an still no one so I called the number provided via my Yelp app and someone answered.

I could not lift my lower body the front way but it was easy to do it backwards which apparently is supposed to be harder but I found it rather easy.
We moved on to trying to climb to silks then wrapping our feet and next I was doing the splits while my feet up tied up in silks! I was sweating like a piggy as my body moved and rotated in the silks. At the end of class the instructor used our own personal phone to take a video of each student so we could see what we need to improve on and how we look!
Not too bad for my first time. It was like I was running a marathon.
